Delivery and Shipping
After you have ordered, you will get an order confirmation email from us. We pack all orders received before 3 pm on the same day. After we ship your order. As soon as Australia Post or Shippit has your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number in it .
Australian customers: Your package will arrive in 2-10 full business days.
International customers: Your package will arrive in 5-14 full business days.
For orders made on the weekends, public holidays or night-time:
Australia Post and Shippit do not operate over weekends, public holidays or during the night so we cannot send orders until the following normal business day.
We do not refund or exchange opened or used products. However if you have ordered the wrong product, have been sent the incorrect order or a faulty item and wish to return it. Please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, fault or incorrect item.
Pure Glow Company Pty Ltd will gladly refund or send you the correct items if your order has been mixed up upon proof of receipt. Please keep email receipts and order confirmation emails as proof.
